No Refunds. Exchange or Merchandise Credit on original order if item is sent back within 14 business days in EXACTLY the same condition and packaging (all returns must have a RA# that we assigned or the package will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.  Merchandise credits are good for one full year from date of issue.  If the order is returned for personal reasons you will be charged a 15% restocking fee (i.e. don't like style, want a different unit, don't like color) if you change anything from the original order you will be charged the restocking fee plus incur shipping charges.  If we allow you to cancel an order before it has shipped there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Expect delivery of all LaceFront Units (except custom orders) within 3-15 business days.  Once your unit is ready (stock items) it will ship by the shipping method selected at check out. 

Custom Color orders allow 10-14 business days.

Custom Units takes about 6-8 weeks to make and process.
